    Thierry,

    What scale is that model

    Thierry,

What scale is that model built in?

What are you using for filler? Looks like cake frosting

Any idea of the cost of a hull?

      Hi

      The scale of the sub

      Hi

The scale of the sub is 1/48, which makes it big enough to put in lot's of goodies, but it will still fit on the backseat of a small sized car
The foam is MONO expension foam, works absolutly great and is saves a lot of time compared to the regular pink construction foam, it is also resistant to chemical, including paint thinner, acetone and polyester resin, which means that there is no need to seal it with paint or something else.
The filler is regular drywall compound, I noticed that it works great and can be sanded to perfection.

And in case you noticed, yes I am using extra materials left from redoing the whole living room

I think the hull will sell around $300CDN-$400CDN and will include the hull (completly scribed) and all 6 dive planes.

I tried the link in the first post, but I couldn't find anything that looked like a class 212

Sorry about the broken link, I had to lend my webspace to my sister in law who is doing a project for school

that would explain it. I was wondering how you had time to build this while washing dishes, making salads, and milkshakes.
