I misspoke slightly about Pandan Models. A couple things have transpired that have indeed caused them to shift their business, but they will be a resource in the future for people outside the UK.
Evidently the UK postal service changed from pure weight-based charges to a volumetric pricing. Pandan's software became obsolete right in the middle of moving their retail location. Don't infer too much based on the announcement on their home page, because once the dust settles they will restore the majority of their web-based services. They will also be more focused in certain areas and it seems that submarines will be one of them.
