Small World Blueback - Experience in building the boat?

After browsing on the marinerc.com website, I found the SM Blueback interesting. I might be building the boat someday. Dean says it is "a lie to call this this boat a kit...." it is really that easy to build? If anyone have experience in building the boat, please tell me.

      If you have ever built

If you have ever built an rc car or plane, you'll have a Blueback in the water in a weekend. You might not have the painting and detailing done, but operational no problem. Closest thing to "shake the box" you'll find available. Damned fine boat, wouldn't trade mine for anything.

      Good luck!

        I like mine because its

I like mine because its small enough to carry on an airplane (with lots of explanations to the TSA security folks) but big enough so you don't feel you are going to lose it if you run it in a lake or other natural water body.

(Fun pool boat too because the turning radius is tight enough to run in a small pool!)
