Dumas Akula - Can anyone give me the 411 on it?

Hello there, I was wondering if anyone could tell me a little about this kit. It may be my first sub project and I was wondering. Does it submerse fully? I heard it may require a WTC, ar those hard to make? And finally, If I've got a 4 channel radio can I go out and buy just the micro-servos, or do I have to get a whole new setup? Thanks a million for the help!
