Hello all.
It has been a long time since I was around. I am wanting to build a static display of the desk and conning tower of the sub used in the movie 1941. I looks like a very generic representation on a WWII Japanese sub but I wanted to ask the experts.
Also my first target knee jerk is at 1/100 scale. I am sure I will be changing that. I will probably wind up just doing the conning tower with Miss Hollywood clinging to the periscope.
Ideally you can suggest where I can find a similar conning tower kit. Or perhaps a drawing file that I can build from.
