Wfly FT06-A radio & FRP06-P receiver questions

Hello, recently purchased a Trumpeter Seawolf kit model and sub driver for my first attempt at putting together a sub. However, im unsure of the electrical hook ups. What channels do the BEC and ESC go into? The motor just spins and transmitter / receiver don't seem to acknowledge each other (BEC ch6 with ESC ch3). I removed the red wire from the ESC, perhaps I fried something messing about ? It has a Viper micro 10 ESC. Thank you for any help.

Oops the thread on this is issue just a few spots down, will try that crystal fix.

Did you try getting a new set of crystals?
Did it work? If so, could you please tell me where you purchased them?
