      That is one honking big beast! Looks ominous in the water, how did it perform?

          All joking aside, I'm happy with the fact that all compartments stayed dry and the batteries gave the power needed to run this boat. The winds came up fast so I had to deal with the high sea's. I have a lot of power going forward but not so much in reverse I need to look into this...The boat takes a lot of time to make a turn but that is how its going to be...I need a lot of room. I did not run the ballast tanks this time I still need to test run this boat on the surface for a while......

            Pretty nerve wracking running a sub "in the wild" the first few times. Looks good and major hurdle, everything dry so far. On a big boat like that do you have the propellors reversing to help turning? If not Kevin McLeod of KMc Designs has a Throttle Jockey you might want to look into.
            If you can cut, drill, saw, hit things and swear a lot, you're well on the way to building a working model sub.
