Re: Trying to fix a TYPE XXIII by 32nd Parallel

My 32nd P Type XXIII is my best running sub right now. I tore out the stock water tight box and installed a 3" WTC and control the bow plane for diving and the stern has an old SubTech leveler. Works like a charm!

Just saw this post. Your XXIII is sitting too high in the stern. That upper fork should be underwater when the boat is decks awash. A little weight is needed, or a little less foam.

I just posted a request for help with a scratch built surface running 1/32 scale Gato sub. I've come close to finishing the hull, but need help with the drive system. Would you share the details of the motors, drive set up and speed control for this sub? I was investigating using 2 titan 775 motors with a Traxxis EVX-2 speed control. The Traxxis guys said, ' won't work'.
