Sound Module Directions Anyone?

Hi All!
I have a sound module and have lost all the directions as to how to connect it up!
My hope it that one of you fine people will recognize this module and have the data sheet for it?

If you enlarge the image, in the bottom left hand corner I can just see(but can't decipher)a website address...maybe you could read it with a magnifying glass?

Hi Richard,
Thanks and this small board is currently mounted on a larger interface PC board I designed so there isn't a website address only my logo and information. I have had this small board for several years and lost the original directions. It works and is capable of providing up to 16 different sounds.

Don't know. Looks like an amplifier board, the chip on the far right is an amplifier chip, LM386, so you can get the data sheet online, and trace the pin outs. Perhaps the other chip may be an opamp to buffer the input, or provide some sort of eq? Can't read the legend in the picture.
