"Refuse to fire their missiles"??!! Well, if everyone else did fire, there's not much left of a lot of the world. Uhh, I'm guessing they will be filming this one without US Navy cooperation...

Intriguing premise. I remember from my cold war days in SAC that mission planners estimated ~20% of nuclear bomber and missile crews would not release their weapons. This was fairly accurately portrayed in the 1990 TV movie "By Dawn's Early Light" (excellent film with an all-star cast). Should be interesting.
