    Toots new motor. Really!

    I just ordered the new motor for Toot.
    Here are the specs.

    No. of Cells: 3 - 5 Li-Poly
    8 - 14 NiCd/NiMH
    Kv: 1000 RPM/V
    Max Efficiency: 82%
    Max Efficiency Current: 15 - 25A (>75%)
    No Load Current: 2.0A @10V
    Resistance: 0.059 ohms
    Max Current: 37A for 60S
    Max Watts: 550W
    Weight: 132.5 g / 4.67 oz
    Size: 35 mm x 47 mm
    Shaft Diameter: 4mm
    Poles: 14
    Model Weight: 1000 - 2500 g / 35 - 88 oz
    I will be running 14.8V.
    I went as big as I could without loosing the user friendlyness of the tug.
    I wanted the motor to fit in the mount I have now as well.
    This should put some serious pulling power in my 14" tug.

                              One of the 8 balls (Greg) told me he had a scale to measure pull.
                              We should try it sometime.
                              I need to know if I can in fact pull Kevin up on ski's! BD.
                              BTW-Kevin's tug is looking really good.
