Also, I feel I should mention that all the wooden parts will be used as templates for another material. I'm looking at ABS plastic sheets or PVC sheets at the moment....

Ballast Chamber Complete

PVC is now permanently together. Ballast Section is 100% functional and so all thats left now is to fabricate all the parts from plastic using the wood as templates and to purchase and install the remaining electronics. Should be interesting....
