If I am understanding your request correctly , you can use a pair of dividers to transfer your dimensions off of the tube and on to the hull and then proceed with the Dremel work. Or you can use a scrap piece of tube and carefully cut a radius on the one end and keep cutting and checking your radius against the hull until they match and then scribe around it. Cheers!

      Hi greenman407,

i hope i got your hint but i heard that it is possible too make on paper a drawing with this curve to glue it on the pipe around?
      see this example below.

      Thanks Gantu

        That might be even better.

Looks good. Try it out with a piece of cardboard first. You will still need to do a bit of sanding/filing to account for the thickness of the tube material.

Or you could make a circular hole on one tube to accept the other, then mark the join line with a marker, remove and then cut to shape.

That will work too, although you'll have to cut a hole in your tubing to get the shape. Horses for courses.

I would have thought you'd want both tubes without wall at the join to maximise useable volume?

You've lost me a bit there.

You want the tubing butting up against the central tube, that way you use the tubing for mechanical advantage. If you make it with a clearance fit, you're relying on the bonded joint for strength. one sharp clout against the wall of the swimming pool could spell doom.

thank you but i am not sure how i will do this 1. drill 2 holes stick the pipe through but i want to build in a techrack? 2. glue the piepes only from the outside???

I would drill the appropiate sized hole in the larger tube to accept the smaller horizontal tube. Push in the smaller tube and bont it in fron the inside and outside. Then remove the unwanted internal smaller tube portion (whilst it is inside the bigger tube, using the top as access for cutting tools)

Hi ramesh I decided to laminate the hull, will stick in the tube as you subscribed and then make the molds.
