Well sports fans. 
Running the Tow with wings turned out to be a Hoot!
I have named it the Waterbug.
Because basically it reminds me of a waterbug.
It is quite a challenge and fun to run. Even though it does not have a rudder it can be made to go in any direction by changing the amount or torque applied to the prop and the position of the wings.
It almost looks alive.
I am going to do some more tweeks to the design.
