"Improving a Model Sub's Turning Radio"

Hello friends, I pass two videos to see the results of the technical report article SCR December/ISSUE 79 ("Improving a Model Sub's Turning Radio")

    Saludos

Re: "Improving a Model Sub's Turning Radio"

I have tried bow thrusters and stern thrusters in different models and found that they were helpful in turning models when stopped (at the end of my pool), but didn't improve the turning radius much, if at all, when the models were underway. I would be interested if others have had more success with thrusters while running at or near full speed.

Seems to work fine as long as the speed is slow (scale). For those of us who regularly run in pools, it looks like a valid alternative to running to the end of the pool, picking the boat up, turning it around and re-starting the run.

          Thanks Salvador!
