    A Problem in the UK

I have been a member of the sub committee for something over two years and am only just starting my first model, mainly due to several major surgical interventions . But I have struck a problem which seems to apply mainly to the UK where Radio Control for subs seems to be basically 40Mhz but 40Mghz seems to have disappeared in favour of 2.4Mghz. I have searched the web for 40Mghz equipment but little seems to be available. Originally I was planning on using Futuba Equipment but that now only appears to be 2.4Mhz. Can anyone throw any light problem.

    Regards

A Hitec Laser 6 will be good enough for just about any model you want to build.

IMO, Hitec gear is every bit as good as Futaba.

Many thanks for your help and advice, it is very much appreciated. I went to have a look at Westbourne Model Centre during the Christmas period, only to find that they had takedn a few extra days holiday.

        Thanks Lads.

You are so very right, but my wife and I had a good day out and lunch so it can't be bad

As you are now out and about, can I pencil you in for the Summer Dive-in at St Albans?

Hopefully YES although I am due to have a knee replacement in mid february which should give me time to recover sufficiently to get mt there

BTW, your old email address is bouncing. Have you changed accounts?

No but I have had server trouble . It is about to be rebuilt and updated so hopefully that will solve my problem in the near future.
