help with nuke jumpers?

hey guys,
how do you locate the jumpers "C" for the aft dive planes and rudders on a nuke hull. I made them up and tried to fit them in, and all I can tell is they will hit, hummm,,, if I were to do just one or the other, it would work. thanks alot. Jeff Jones

Heres one way. The 'c' for the dive planes are done the traditional waywhilst the 'c' for the rudders are further forward as shown in the second photo.

Thanks for the photos, this is exactly what I needed. I am building this sub, as most of you do with no plans. 1st nuke I have attempted, and wasn't really sure how the tail was set up, but this is perfect. thanks

hey guys, don't mean to complain, but these jumpers are a bear to make work right. I am dealing in 1/72nd and know most of you go alot smaller, basically in a model like this you play it by ear! Right? Do what ever works for you based on your skill level and what you have to work with. All I can say is this is kicking my butt... lol... Jeff Jones
