    The Completed Casing By Aquadeep

Hi here are some pictures of the completed casing .

It uses a mini gear pump to pump in and out filtered water via a self cleaning filter mounted out side on the rear cap to the central ballast tank and a air solenoid to vent the air out of the casing when on the surface ,that way a vacuum is not placed in the ballast tank but in the aft section of the casing. That saves power and much less strain on the plumbing and pump and the entire tank can be used as needed.

A perfect hover can be obtained with scale like diving and surfaceing.
As air is vented out of the ballast tank air is routed out of the casing to the sail, that way air does not get trapped in between the 2 casings and cause an imbalance.

A variety of batteries can be used ,this one uses a lipo 3 cell 11.2 volt 2200 amp hour unit located in the front section along with the front dive plane servo and leveler pcb.The servo rods are stainless steel and rubber bellows make the pass through points with very little friction and plenty of throw and "O" binding.
A 3 stage battery power level indicator will also be added and indicates that the system is on.
Standard or micro size servos can be used and placed virtually where ever one likes.

This casing has an extra large ballast tank tailored for a 1/96th scale Alfa and will provide plenty of free board.
The drive is my Aquadrive 2.0 water cooled unit and a Viper 25 amp ESC along with a 3.5 to one ball bearing gear box to a 3/16 stainless shaft makes a very smooth running powerful drive.
There is a twin drive version as well.

The stuffing box has 2 iolite bushings and filled with grease.

The really nice thing about this casing is the random accessibility to components and areas needing attention,no need to remove the entire components which means less trauma on seals and the inner tray.

With just a twist the locking lugs interlock with the next and the special seal makes the seal tight and secure.
Proper alignment and locking is visually checked with the red dots on the exterior.

This casing can be expanded for many sizes of subs and use any kind of ballast system including CO2 systems.

If a section is broken it can be easily replaced very rapidly as I have many parts on hand.
With 1/4 inch thick walls made from a special plastic like that used in marine camera casings.
Ratted to go 30 ft this is one strong casing!

        Thank you junglelord its alot

Thank you junglelord its alot of work but its fun!

Buenos dias! I dont think it would fit as it is 4.0 inches in diamiter

As for the cost it depends on what you want to have installed but the starting point is $280.00USD.

I can ship world wide and use many languages for the instructions.

Yes, it's a too large diametre to fit inside that hull. Thank you, anyway, for the ideas.

              Here is an update that

Here is an update that is interesting.

A new end cap has been made that has 4 cam locks instead of the older 2 .

This desighn is better and stronger ,if one should break from a fall impact the other three will stil seal the container.
The cap also has a drain and smaller cap that is sealed and threaded.
Also it is eaer to replace the larger main seal.

The caps wall thickness is about quarter of an inch.

thses components are very well made and durable and work very smothly.

There is also another maker that produces claer bayoneted 3 in diamiter tubes that are of high qulity and interlock perfectly with this one but the lenghts come in 3 sizes and are different than the original ,the nice thing about that is if you have say a battery pack that is too long just get the 7 inch tube and replce it from the 5 inch one ,that simple ,I had to do just that in one build and it was a snap!
It also has a large D handle taht can be removed or left in place for outer suport structure.
All my new casings will be using this upgrade.
