    Commemorative Shakedown Cruise pics.

Having the day off and in honor of the Veterans Day Holiday I took the USS Cobia out of drydock for a commemorative shakedown cruise as the crew seemed to be getting a bit stiff at their stations. I took the boat out and set course for non other than alligator alley .

      Commemorative Veterans Day Cruise

Ron, I think I need to arrange for some miniature band member figures positioned on the pier along with matching music to set the mood of the big kiss off. I'm sure that will put the icing on the cake and give the bride all the ammunition she needs to have me committed Thanks, Al

                  Hi Al,

Boat looks absolutely fabulous in Florida, you would have some problems up here in Calgay, Alberta. Its -25 C outside, your pics warmed me up.

                  Best regards,
                  George

                    George,
                    You have to come back

                    George,
You have to come back down to earth man! "Florida" is just a mythical fairytail place that doesn't exist in the real world, it just exists in our imaginations and hearts like Far, Far Away. At least here, you can hunker down and do some modeling, there would be too many distractions in a make-believe place like "Florida"!
