Whats the best way to attach the kil kon connectors to the shafts?

I've used JB weld where I wanted a permanent installation, and I drilled/tapped the Klicon to accept a SS set screw where I wanted an adjustable fit.

I taped and threaded the klickon to the threaded shaft that comes with it and sodered it to the reach rod that hooks to the dive plane or rudder.
