Difficult to assess the quality

Difficult to assess the quality of the model from the photos. The flood vents look a bit coarse to me for 1/72 - very slightly oval and irregular, almost handmade, instead of machined straight with round ends.

They do seem to be

They do seem to be somewhat irregular and inconsistant. If I had to venture a guess I would say that these two are a scratch build and that they perhaps were used by Lindberg as a model to measure and copy???? Anybody else want to venture a guess?
