    Now this is for fun.

    Take your wifes cell phone.
Call your cell phone from her phone, and don't hang up on yourself.
Drop the wifes cell phone into a zip lock bag.
Put bagged phone in the sub and sail away.
Prop your phone between your ear and shoulder.
    Listen carefully.
Like a seashell I am sure you will hear the ocean.

Now for the real tricky stuff.
Get three phones that can do a three way call.
Put one in the sub as mentioned.
The next phone connect to the call and put in a remote controlled
airplane that a friend will fly over the pond.
This represents those planes that are used to comunitcate sometimes
    with submarines.
Now listen very carefully. You may not want to put that next to your
ear as the peaceful ocean sound will undoubtable be drowned out
by the noise of the airplane.

That's what I like....."out of the box" thinking.

One problem, the wife (and her cell phone) was the first thing I got rid of in order to do this sub project. Piss me off, I should have known she would come in handy sooner or later.

If I tried that, the ringing in my ears will *not* be caused by the sea, I'm sure.
