are the manipulator(s) working ?
If the sphere is dry it is very tempting to add a cable and install a
tilting camera in there. any plans for that ?

ading a camera into the bowl is more a must than an option

The manipulator will be workable when i have to watertight servos.

When you are in the Netherland try to get the German SchiffsModell from march. I wrote an 10 pages article about the sub with a whole lot of backround information. The coverphoto is also my Deep Rover

I will buy the SchiffsModell magazine.

as for the manipulators, maybe using a (reversable) water pump as a
replacement for the servo and a small (self-made) piston (one per pump)
create another possibility to move the arms ?

you do not even have to use watertight pistons, as the pump will
supply more than enough water/pressure to compensate for the leaks.
I am still planning to put this idea in practice myself (on the next project..)
