I like too use a piece of 1/8th stainless rod ground down too a fine point.
You can use a compus point as well.
A dental pick ground down is good too tho there are many different picks which can be used as well.
Practice on a piece of scrap too get the feel and comfort level you like them have at it!

Break the tip off a exacto blade and drag the back side or
square side along the lines. It may not make a fine enough
line but works and gives you something to do with all those
dull blades.
