    Lexan adhesive question

In the never ending rebuild evolutions for my subs, I've decided to try out Lexan for endcaps. What is the best adhesive for Lexan to Lexan, and who sells it? I'm up here in the sticks of Idaho, and have to pretty much get most things by mail. Also, is JB Weld good for Lexan to aluminum?
Anybody with experience with Lexan endcaps, please chime in.
    Thanks

    Lexan or better known as

Lexan or better known as polycarbonate is bonded together real good
with a liquid glue called Ten-X we use it all the time. you can got it at any hobby shop. as far as lexan to alum? yha J.B weld will work but the two materials have different expansion rates and maynot stay bonded in the long term.

There are several products that can be used to join Lexan, but as Tom noted, Tenax is the most available. My local hobby shop sells it anyway. It isn't a glue in the sense that JB Weld is - It works by melting the two surfaces together.

Here is one dealer that I found on the net -

Super-fast clear liquid cement (tnx100) with micro-brushes, applicator bottle and needles.

            Hi Mike, thanks for adding

Hi Mike, thanks for adding to the data base for polycarbonate products. I lived in the San Francisco Bay Area all of my life, until we retired to the peace and quiet of Idaho. The down side of being up in the Jerimiah Johnson high country is that it's very difficult to find a good hobby shop or suppliers locally. The town I live in only has 4500 people and is most definitely not oriented toward water based activities, except fishing, which is unbelievable by California standards. Got spoiled by California, where everything is available 24-7.

Wishing you and all the model sub drivers, the very best for Christmas and the New Year.

Interestingly, that Weldon 4 is recommended for bonding Acrylic to Acrylic, and Polycarbonate to Polycarbonate, but NOT for Polycarbonate to Acrylic!
