Tumpeter Seawolf conversion to R/C question

Hi sub guys,
Recently I have become very interested in the notion of building a smaller sub, specifically, a Trumpeter Seawolf. I will almost for sure make it a dynamic diver, to insure maximum simplicity and low cost.
I would like to have suggestions regarding the very small radio receivers (three or four channels), ESC's and such that a boat like this uses...who makes them and who sells them. I know that there are a bunch of the smaller boats running around out there in Model Subland, and would appreciate any info from folks who have actually converted one of these plastic models. In my opinion, it is an excellent choice as a first build wit hthe components avalible through Caswell.
