I would think that if it was ever done, we'd have seen a photo of it in the usual top/key resources.

I just recently looked at my friend's copies of the "U-boot Im Focus" magazines. He has both Issue No. 1 and 2. After looking at the photos, I did not find any of a VII/C41 with cammo pattern paint on it. I had told you I would check back in early November, so since I finally did, I thought I'd let you know.
