Is Gato paint dull or have a sheen?

    Hi all,
I am doing a refit on my Engel Gato and painting it too. I plan on doing a gray and black combo. In the pics I've seen I can not tell if there is any sheen to the color. Does anyone know?
    Thx, Walt

    Walt, have you seen the

Walt, have you seen the restoration of Pampanito over on Bobs (W5BLT) website? ..lots of really great ref pics of the real thing, from the old paint through sandblasting and then repainting.

    Here http://www.w5blt.com/Pampanito/Pampanito2007.htm

Edit: Basically she looks dull with old paint (weathered) and shiney with her new paint.

      Walt,

      ...it depends on which camouflage

      Walt,

...it depends on which camouflage pattern (measure) you are looking to use. Some had a combination of glossy and flat......

Have you decided on a paint scheme? If you can tell us, we might be able to pin it down with specifics.
