Where to get electronics.

I want to build my own control system, for the diving, depth and pitch. I have found the stuff for the depth sensor and pitch sensor, but I need some rather rare IC's. I need an IC similar to the one in our servos. The old moddels used a NE544 IC and some uses the M51660L or M51660 IC. Does anyone know of a wepshop where you can by the IC's as a privat person?

NE544 have been out of production for some time. they do come up on ebay from time to time. Also if you gut old servos you'll usually find these chips inside-can be cheaper than obtaining them off-the-shelf.
