    slow response in drive

just a quick description what im running in my bluefish ss222.the motors are the stock 360 (3 pole ?) ones.my esc is a viper marine15 forward/reverse.
ok now the problem im having with it is,the forward drive is very slow in pick up,after i used the reverse control.i have to flick the control a couple of time to get it working properly.but soon as i use reverse again i get the same efect again.the reverse works fine all the time.also i notice the reverse makes the motors spin a lot faster.
ok thats it,wonder if any one come across the same problem and got round in fixing it.

    I'm running a Mtroniks Viper

I'm running a Mtroniks Viper Marine 20 and assume yours has the same setup. Make sure you go through the procedure of setup in the instructions. If memory serves me it's neutral stick enter setup, then full forward, full reverse, etc. It needs to know what your transmitter stick throws are. I hope this helps. I also set the short delay for reverse to help save things when I get noise glitches. (it keeps things from going forward, reverse, forward, reverse rapidly)

      thanks Larry for the reply

thanks Larry for the reply have sorted it since i post it on here.
i also belong to the RC GROUP where i posted the same quation where i got a reply as well.was hard for me to do,as i got no instruction manual with it.i also believe there is a esc with only forward/reverse wich should be easyer in seting up and running your sub.
as for the glitches i find it to happen when you are to close to any electronics or electricle components.
      best regards
