Thor Design pitch control jitters

Hi all,
I am in the middle of a refit. My Engel Gato, that I turned into a bladder system, is a few years old. When I went to a new system I bought a Thor Design PC-2A pitch control. It has always had the jitters (not just a little) with no motors running on the bench. Any ideas?
My re-up membership should be here any day. I got busy with a new business and did not have time for my hobby

Have you tried it in the water to see if the jitters continue? My SubTech stuff does the same thing sometimes on the bench and then is quiet as can be in the water. By the way - welcome back to the best hobby in the world, RC Submarines - Woo Hoo!
