ANYONE SELL OR COULD BUILD A TORPEDO SYSTEM FOR ME?
To SUBDOG
Frank Ricucci is always with us but you will have to wait for him. By the way yours U-47 is 1/96?? If Yes I think that Franks system is for 1/48 and bigger.
My Robbe U-Boat is 1:40th scale I believe. Frank did respond. He has not been building the torpedo system for while, but is considering doing it again.
I was not successful with Frank. I believe he is in the process of retirement.
Any other ideas as to who could build such a system? This would be a paid project for someone that could really accomplish this. I personally don't feel comfortable in attempting that.
You might give Dave Merriman a call. He's built a number of systems for smaller scale boats including 1/96 scale I believe. Dave's bussines is built on building boats and other items for others. I bet you could talk him into building one for you for the right amount of cash. Check the vendors page for his e-mail address. Best Wishes Mike Dory

Hey Guys!
Frank And Other Great " Thinker-Builders" (Merriman, Etc.)Have Done You, Me And Others One Great Big Service...........They Posted Their Pictures!
If You Are The "Engineering Type", Give It A Shot....You're Not That Helpless! If You Can Build Your Boat.......You Can Make What Frank Has Shown.
1. Save The Shots, As Posted....I Don't Think Frank Will Mind The "Look See" And Use Of The Photos................(But Please.......Do This (Build) For Yourself....Only!
2. Carefully Examine The Photos.....Blow Them Up If You Must, To "See How It's Done".
3. Build It As It Looks!!!......Don't Get Too "Creative"........And Fine Tune The Final Assembly For "Your Application"
4. Then Give Thanks To Frank!!!!!! Write To Him, Say Thank You! Capice!
