What is the angle of the tail assembly for a torpedo? Is it 8 degrees, 10 degrees, 15 degrees or what?

What angle do you mean? The tapering of the hull towards the rear end?

Yes. It seems each picture I look at has a different taper amount (angle).

I have had a look

I have had a look at a drawing of a German WW2 electric torpedo, the G7e. There is no pencil-like edge between torpedo hull and torpedo rear, and no constant angle to the stern. Rather, there is a gentle, streamlined curve. The angle starts at 0° and becomes steeper as the stern reaches the center axis of the torpedo. The maximum angle from the longitudinal axis that I measured was 13°.

10 degrees looked wrong and 15 did also. I tried looking for a torpedo design site and failed. 13 look great! Thanks again.
