    Question for Dave

Have been following your and Georges builds.
Am working on the prop struts and shafts. Plan to use 1/8" ID. olite
bearings at the Struts and where the drilled out plastic shafts enter the
hull. Will use 1/8" dia. SS shafts. There are places where the shafts
will touch the drilled out plastic struts an shafts.
At sustained high speeds do you think that the SS shafts could melt the
    plastic.

    If you are using bearings

If you are using bearings in the struts and outputs how can it touch anything? I would not have any shafts turning in plastic. I don't think in the water it would be a problem, but I would not do it. Just to be safe! BD.
