Can't get my F16 Futaba to work with the 8370 deco

All is not lost, you can go to Radio Shack or any electronics store and buy a 16 K (16,000 ohm) resistor and add it across the resistor that is already on the board. The 16 k will drop the value from 4.7k to 3.6k. Since 16k is not necessarily a "standard" value you may find all they have is a 16.2k which is fine.
