Gentleman! We have operational bow planes.
I had an idea
for bow plane retraction that I had not seen done before. I ran it by the 8-balls last night and built and tested it today. The dang thing works well and is very simple. I will try and post some photos later. BD.

I don't see no sticking pictures. Better use www.photobucket.com
Sure you made bow plane retract. LOL!! Where's the proof.? LOL!! Big talker. LOL!!
Dave really. Use the above link. Much better. Free. You get an album with links and they aren't down every week several times a week like postimage.
I removed it from the SP forum. Too many complaints.

Hey BD,
Your bow plane retracts
Hey BD,
Your bow plane retracts worked so well they retracked themselves right out of your post. LOL!
Seriously though when post images here I prefer to use my homepage then link them to here. I hope they come back soon I would really like to see how you solved this one.

BD,
Your pics are displaying fine
BD,
Your pics are displaying fine today and your work looks great. You got quite a bit done since I saw the bow planes on Sunday. Just make sure you make an extra set for me, Ha !
I think a little video of them moving in and out would really do the trick !

Darn it Dave. Shoot video.
Darn it Dave. Shoot video. Send it to me and I'll post it here and SP. But it will cost you yet another set of plane controls! LOL!!
No really send it to me so I can better understand how they work. One video is worth a thousand words!

Yes if you haven't got
Yes if you haven't got a digital video camera, just use the one on your stills camera. Most of them have it. That's what all my videos are taken with. Poor quality, but good enough to get the idea across I reckon. I got sick of the wind noise on my vids so I put a tiny bit of cotton wool on the microphone and the sticky part of a bandaid to keep it there and wacko!!! No more wind noise. It gets lots of comments, "Why the bandaid?"
