    Floor Material.

This was just sent to me by Seahorse. He was looking for a good floor material for the Neill 17b he is building and came across the great idea. It is material used in needlepoint work. It comes in different sizes and I think looks great. Paul is a great modeler and is doing a really nice job on the 17b. He sent me these photos of the material. BD.

I looks like Paul has a little WTC under his scope. What does he have planned?

      Conning Tower Switch

      Tim,

This is a little trick that I learned from Jeff LaRue and Big Dave helped build the mini-WTC cylinder. This is a power switch for the 17b kit that I'm building. Because of the narrow body of the 17b, the only place I could fit in a switch was in the conning tower, plus it can be easily removed if needed.

He only has one problem Jeff. When he raises his scope to sight for the kill shot it shuts off his power. Nuck Nuck Nuck!!! BD.

                  Is it me, or is

Is it me, or is anyone else having trouble seeing Big Dave's pics and Seahorse's pics in this thread? I can see Jeff's pics just fine, but just see red X's on Big Dave's and Seahorse's, and when I click on them I get an error saying the database is not accessable. Clicking on Jeff's pics work just fine.

BTW, nice work Jeff. I'd like to use that trick, but I'm not sure I can afford the patent royalty fee!

Hmm.....those images were showing up earlier today.......

The postimage site is up and accessable, so it doesn't look liek that's the problem. (I use imageshack)

                    -Jeff

p.s. micro-mini switch WTC royalties - hmmm, maybe a way to generate some SC revenue! ....nah...!

                      I get the same errors.

I get the same errors. I have noticed that the pictures display one minute, then the next time I get back on this site they are not available.

There might be some issues at postimage.org
