    Q -- Any R/C WWII 2-man torpedos ?? - Anyone ever build this ..

    Hi,

New to the board here. I joined up to post this question]http://scifimilitary.com/MAA/CHMaialeIIc.jpg[/img]

BTW -- I'm a former on-road/off-road gas power racer in R/C. Trying something like this would be my first foray into your wonderful submerged world.

    No problem r/cing something 3

No problem r/cing something 3 feet long.
most boats are about 3 feet long, as longer means more
    transportation hassle.
I guess my R/Ced Trumpeter Kilo measures about 2 feet.

Is that model on the photo a kit or a scratch build ?
if a kit, what is the manufacturer and is it still available ?
    never seen it before...

btw, the maiale was not a suicide torp.
as far as I know only the japanese had suicide torps.
(and maybe the german Neger counts as one as
    well, but not by design)

            That Chariot

            Thanks to the replies!

That Chariot is very impressive, and is exactly what I was looking for.

Regarding the "Pig" -- I found it listed on eBay. I believe it was a resin model. The seller had a couple of different ones, plus some mini-sub kits. Hope that helps.
