Does anyone know if there is a U.S. distributor/vendor of Engel dive pumps? I would like to pick up one up for my U47. I am assuming I will have to use the 500 ml pump due to the size of the 750 ml. I could be wrong. The 750 might just fit if I go with smaller batteries, etc. I realize I could buy one directly from Engel and it might be less expensive, however, when you add shipping, customs, etc. the price could very well even itself out. I have searched for used pumps on ebay, etc. without any luck.

Subconcepts used to be the US dealer. Not sure if anyone has taken over. There is no customs to pay and postage should be 40 Euro with online travking and take about 4 days. The products Subconcepts sold were not any cheaper. Remember its the exl VAT price on the website that you pay, not the inc taxes prices as your outside Europe. -
Engel provides excellent customer service
Engel provides excellent customer service to the US. I buy directly from them. 3-5 days for 'priority' shipping, 7-10 days for standard shipping, which is less $$$. No customs fees, but they require signiature upon delivery through the USPS.
If you need to ask any questions, they usually respond within 24 hours.

I have purchased several Engel ballast tanks and ballast tank switches, and yes the come complete with wiring diagrams as well as instructions.

Thanks! I managed to buy a very slightly used Engel EA750 from Frank at Subconcepts. Despite the fact that he is no longer in business, he sold me an an extra he had lying around. Now I just need very detailed instructions for installation.I have purchased several Engel ballast tanks and ballast tank switches, and yes the come complete with wiring diagrams as well as instructions.Comment
