Wow , its been a while since there were any posts on this build. A very talented builder for sure. Perhaps I missed something but can anyone tell me what show or movie is this sub modelled after? Excuse please my ignorance.

Uh, yeah... Hi! *dusts off shoulders*
It has indeed been a while since I've been active at this hobby though things are looking up for this thing to be worked on soon so both you and my wife will be happy once again with a completed boat. Having a kid, getting involved with many other distractions and other projects had put this project on the shelf for a while.
I hope to keep everyone posted once the dust is brushed off the model.
