[color=#000000]Hello Julian....
I am building an Engel Lafayette myself, and I am currently working on battery pack & electronic component wiring/installation onto the TechRack.
I made up my battery pack wiring harness using dean connectors & 12g Ultra silicone jacket wire.
I can E-mail you pics of my progress.
I took my time aligning & mating the the aluminum machined Tech Rings to the hull, be patient here, and as with the rest of the kit, read the instructions carefully for this (and all) procedures! I used 60 grit to scuff up the rings real good!
There are several construction photos on the Lafayette on my homepage as well as DonO's. We both built this boat last year. More than happy to answer any questions.
Hi All
Little late getting back on this one computer prob's. Thanks for the feedback given it was all noted and the build went virtually without a hitch.
Am now almost ready for sea trials just the one Question if you can help. Has any one had the need to cut flooding slots at the rear wet area of Lafayette.
Thanks in advance. Julian.
