I've just drawn them to size on the computer. Then cut the lines out as a stencil and sprayed the white on through it.

Being that I am not

Being that I am not too handy fabricating decals, I searched & found some at floating Drydock (Tom Walkowiak).

You need to look carefully under a few catagories, I found one set called "Ship Hull Number decals" that include 1/96 & 1/192 scales. Found another 2 sets elswhere that look interesting, one was a generic Nuclear sub marking set & the other a 1/350 misc. sub marking set (lots of circles).

The Ship Hull Set 1/96 & 1/192 sheet is LP-192/ID
The Circle markings sheet 1/350 is JAG 901 (350)
The nuclear sub marking set is JD-SSDEC
