Torpedo plumbing question - Advice needed

I would like to get my hands on a set of Mr. Riccuci's torpedos and lauching system - I read that he is in and out of the US due to relocating his business.
I have tried to email him, but I get no reply.

Anyone have anything I might try to get hold of him?

Hi Paul, Frank does appear to be very busy, and said as much in the emails he sent me a month or so ago.He is going overseas a lot I think. His system is great, and I am looking forward to testing it in my boat...still not sure if I can use those long hoses though...
