And, are you using o-rings to seal the piston or Airzet rings?
The thread looks like it is a square profile, or are you using a roller thread to reduce friction?

The diameter of the piston
The diameter of the piston is 160mm, outside 170mm. Lenght is 210mm. The piston had one o-ring (Ø5mm) and the thread is 16mm trapezoid. Volume is about 3 litres.
