I would like to know who built this Robbe U-47 with the balist tank? It was at the SubRegatta 2002 at Johnston, Rhode Island .

Being that I see my

Being that I see my 1/72nd scale Skipjack next to it, I'll hazard a guess that this is the robbe U-47 built by Joe Angi.

The mods look like the ones that Joe has done to his kit.
