speed controller question - I need a new throttle control

Hi All
I need a new speed control/throttle for me robbe type 7. The old one got fried when my boat took on water. The BEC part works but no current is coming out of motor wires. Tested it this week. No power to motors. What is a good twin motor speed control with BEC? Small would be nice. I assume a smaller one is available because the old one is about five years old. The motors used in the boat are the ones supplied in Al's motor replacement for the Robbe Type 7.
