I was just thinking, why not use a magnetic actuator for control surfaces? The ones like those used on micro-airplane models. These are proportional, they could mounted "wet" and therefore you would have less problems to deal with as far as sealing issues. Just a thought.
Does any one have any input on this idea. I am thinking about using it for a micro sub idea that I have, but I think that it could be applied to larger model designs as well. I would like some thoughts on this if possible.
