It may be best to go to a local hobby shop and ask what the airplane and car people use so you do not use that one. Also, an e-mail to technical support to companies like Robbe may provide the correct answer since they must comply with different contries laws. Be sure you specify you wish to operate a sub (boat). If you know someone who is in Amature (ham) radio they should also know. As for which radio, I like the F-14 Navy Twin-Stick by Robbe. You can see this radio on the ships n' things site (www.shipsnthings.com).

      Thank you Ed.

      Right now

      Thank you Ed.

Right now I am considering Graupner MC 15 and Robbe Nautic you mentioned. Because Graupner's website is not very userfriendly, my decision will be Robbe - I have to decide upon some measure

But first I have to solve the frequency problem.

      Thanks for suggestion.

Valuable info for newbees from Slovakia
        - you can use only 40 MHz RC equipment for boats, DO NOT buy those marked 41 MHz RC
        - the regulation is "vseobecne povolenie VPR
03/2004" and you can find it on www.teleoff.gov.sk

For mor info just contact me.
