    GWS reciever?

Does anyone out there have any experience with the GWS R4pll reciever, they now make them on 75mhz, I use them in most of my park flyers, and have NEVER had a problem.
Anyone ever use them in your subs? They make a four channel and a six channel. The four channel goes for about 20 bucks American, and the crystal is about 8 dollars (also American) or so. it is about 1/3 the size of most other recievers, and smaller then the FMA M5, and the M5, last I checked, is approx $90.00, plus a crystal.

    Just wondering?

    Hi Dave,
    Talk with Steve

    Hi Dave,
Talk with Steve Neill, he has one and has had good luck with it in his his pool. I am going to try one myself. But being only single conversion I am worried about noise problems. In fact Steve told me it would not work in the V11c WTC but did in the Seawolf WTC. It is a lot tighter for space in the V11, so more noise. I would say it might make a good pool R/X but I would be hesitant to use it in open water. A few extra dollars is a small price to pay for keeping ones sub out of harms way. Dave.
