    voltage doublers

does anyone have knowledge with these units home made or commercial I need to find a solution to ram sound modules that require 9 to 18 volts I tries 2 9's wired in series and that last for all of 30 minuets so now I would like to know if a voltage doubler can be used with a 6 vt gel cell to achieve 12 volts

    need input please

    Electronics is my turf..

    Exactly what

    Electronics is my turf..

Exactly what voltage do you prefer?

And how much current does your systems require?

Does the system run all the time, or can it be swiched on and off?

      this is for a robbe

this is for a robbe u47 it is powered by 2 gel cell 6 volt 4 amp batteries
the sound modules work via a small circuit board mounted on a servo and a wiper arm is held at neutral then with command from TX you can choose what sound you want by moving the wiper arm through the various sounds until you get what is desired it requires 9 to 18 volts and the higher the voltage the louder the sounds which is preferred as the speakers are encapsulated in waterproof contaners
